Founded in 1916 on Southampton's River Itchen, Itchen Imperial Rowing Club offers year-round competitive and recreational rowing.
We race nationwide in both coastal and river boats, from local regattas to elite events like Henley Royal Regatta and the Thames Head of the River.
We welcome all levels—whether you are an experienced athlete seeking a new squad, a beginner looking to get fit, or a student home for the summer. In partnership with Portsmouth University, we pride ourselves on being a highly student-friendly club.
